North 49 Labour Warranty Policy

In effort to comply with manufacturer’s warranty policy, your heating and cooling equipment must be service on a regular basis.

For the labour portion of the equipment warranty to be in effect, any and all equipment must be service and maintained once annually by a North 49 Home Services Technician. Any equipment that has not been serviced on an annual basis shall not be eligible, and all labour warranties are void.

North 49 Heating and Air Conditioning provides a unique 15 Year Labour Warranty. Annual maintenance is required in order to maximize full design life, energy savings and comfort for the least amount of cost.  For your warranty to remain valid for the entire 15-year labor portion, annual servicing by North 49 Heating and Air Conditioning is required. After the 10 years of manufacturer parts warranty has past, labor is just as costly and often more so, which makes having labor coverage worthwhile.
