This company put in our new natural gas fireplace in 2016, after another company told us that to remove our old wood burning fireplace insert couldn’t be done unless we open up the entire back wall of our house!
These guys came in, assessed our situation and came up with a great solution for us, and it was the best part of the Reno that we completed at that time. The only glitch we had was it took a little bit of time to get the metalwork done. We have used this fireplace daily in the fall and winter and it has been wonderful.
Their service since then has remained top notch, they even came out to fix our relatives 30 year old original natural gas fireplace and did a great job so that it remains useable for them.
We have just had a duct cleaning from them for the first time, and their care of our home so that our hardwoods and walls wouldn’t be marked up from their equipment was wonderful. They took their time, did a thorough job, and left barely a trace that they were here.
We would recommend them for service for duct cleaning, absolutely hands down for fireplace replacement, installation and service, as well as we will be using them in the future should we have any problems with our furnace.
We continue to refer them to our friends, relatives and coworkers whenever there is opportunity to do so.
