What is the Canada Greener Homes Grant?
Natural Resources Canada )NRCan) launched this program in 2021. It was designed to help Canadians make their homes move energy-efficient, lower energy bills and reduce energy waste.
This program offers the following rebates:
- Up to $5,000 towards energy-efficient home retrofits, including furnaces and heat pumps
- Up to $600 to help pay for an EnerGuide home energy evaluation before and after the work is complete.

Get up to an additional $1,000 in savings
North 49 is Efficiency Manitoba certified. And for the months of September and October of 2023, we are offering huge savings on furnace and hot water pump combos. Savings of up to $1000 depending on the units you have installed.
